What most mums-to-be don’t know is that they are likely to burn more calories in labour than they would running a marathon!  The question is...how much time and effort would you put into physical preparation to run a marathon?  Being properly prepared will give you a safer birth, speed recovery...and allow you to even enjoy the experience!

Exercise after giving birth is not just about getting your pre-baby shape and weight back, it’s also about rehabilitating your body after the rigours of giving birth.  Specific pelvic exercises greatly speed your recovery from incontinence, and also reduce the risk that you can never get that flat tummy back!

Exercise invigorates the body and the mind.  As a mum, you’ll probably only wistfully recall how exhilarating a burst of energy felt!  1-2-1 and group training give you the option to focus on highly personalised sessions, or to enjoy the fun and laughter of working out with a bunch of mums at your stage of fitness.
